Just saying …

Refuse & Recycling Operations Manager

I Started work in 1997 through Hays Montrose securing full employment as an HGV driver in August 1998 as one of the very first new employees under the John Doyle group.

Starting on Night Gang 2 briefly I moved to the Market Crew where I stayed for the next five years. Having worked in an unprotected Chapel Market my goal has always been to sort out the safety aspect for the men still working there seven days a week.

Moving into the office in October 2003 I went through a baptism of fire as the Night Supervisor. Two years later I was moved to days in an acting up role as the Afternoon Manager.

Three years later in October 2008 I secured my current role working for Enterprise as head of operational services for Islington’s refuse, recycling, commercial, skips, bulky waste collections and container delivery and repairs.

I am committed to maintaining and developing my role in steering this prestigious Enterprise contract to reflect a business model that we can all be proud of.

Timekeeping

Mohamed wasn’t always late for work at 5pm, here’s the proof of the only two days.

For a couple of years I produced the unnofficial office calendar. We used it in the office during the year and even some members of the client team kept one handy.
