Breakfast is the most important meal because it provides the nutrients and energy for the day as well as keep weight off because it gets your metabolism going. Eat less meat and focus on eating more fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, low-fat dairy produce, and thow in to the mix at least two lots of 20 minute brisk exercise sessions a week.
